The IRBiS College is located in Saratov, a beautiful city on the Volga River. In the early 20th century, Saratov became the cradle of Russian Symbolism, thanks to the famous “Scarlet Rose” art exhibition (1904). It gave rise to a whole generation of brilliant artists, led by Viktor Borisov-Musatov and Pavel Kuznetsov.
